Tina
Practice Manager
Tina joined our practice in 2022 after working in the medical industry for over 13 years. Tina has a Diploma in Practice Management and a background in the service, hospitality, and accounting industries. Bringing with her a wide variety of skills and experience she is focused on providing excellent patient care and values teamwork to get the job done. Originally from England moving at 22 to New Zealand for the next 16 years. Tina has spent the last 12 years in Ballina where she loves spending time with her children and staying active, enjoying the outside lifestyle of the Northern Rivers.
Joy
Medical Receptionist
Joy is a local to the Lismore region. Previously working within the hospital field for over ten years, she joined our team in late 2015. Joy is a highly qualified member of our team with certifications in Front Line Management and Business Administration. She is very family orientated and enjoys spending free time with her family.
Malena
Practice Nurse
Malena is a Practice Nurse with over 30 years experiences in nursing. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Nursing from the Swedish Red Cross College of Nursing & Health in Stockholm, Sweden. Malena has been working for Dr Anthony Leslie since 2015, and her goals are to provide evidence based best practice to patients and be a positive team member at Coastal Vascular Group.
Malena’s prior nursing experience is in a variety of areas, including surgical, nurse education and university clinical teaching.
Rachael
Medical Receptionist
Rachael has lived in the Lismore area for most of her life. Previously working as a Travel Agent Consultant in Ballina, she joined Coastal Vascular Group in September 2020, bringing her bright and bubbly personality to our team. Rachael enjoys family time and is currently studying to become a qualified fitness instructor.
